Being both an editor and a professional piano teacher, my ideal projects to work on are educational materials, especially piano books where I can offer text and sheet music proofreading as well as fingering creation/checking. However, my wider musical tastes and experience lead to enjoying editing any music-related books, articles, academic writing etc.
Strong personal interests in meditation and mindfulness mean that text that focuses on the spiritual, psychological and therapeutic aspects of music, is an area I can work in with sensitivity and understanding.
I am a fluent French speaker and have previously worked as a French–English translator. I have useful working knowledge of Russian, Spanish, German, Italian, and Dutch, and am able to read basic Greek. I am experienced in working with authors who have English as a second language.

Thank you for your invaluable work on the piano book HerStory. We found your work on proofreading the music against older/original documents showed a careful, meticulous eye for detail; the piano fingering you created for a large proportion of the pieces, was well thought out and respectful of our house style. Your knowledge of European languages, especially French was really very useful in helping with proofreading the text within the book, and amending some translated text. We also appreciated your general well-informed input as an experienced piano teacher yourself.
